
This week marks the final of the Great British Bake Off. We’ve spent the last few months lusting over the perfect cherry glaze, imagining we could definitely make our own profiteroles with ease and inevitably buying a baking cookbook because we can, quite obviously, become as good as Mary Berry in absolutely no time.
Although we’re positive we could be bakings next big thing, we’ll avoid a kitchen nightmare and stick to drooling over pictures of pastries and doughy delicacies with a brew in hand and a ready-made chocolate eclair from the conveniently located bakery next door.
