Easy Green Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 Frozen Banana
1 Tbsp Flaxseeds
1 Tbsp Hemp Seeds
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
2 Handfuls of Spinach
300ml of chosen milk (Almond, Oat, dairy etc)
METHOD
Simply put all ingredients into your smoothie maker/blender until smooth, then pour and enjoy!
