Dance Cardio

Cardio and dancing, the perfect combo when wanting to burn calories and really work up a sweat! Doing just 30 minutes burns around 250 calories (depending on how vigorously you throw yourself around your living room that is) but doing this every day for a week creates a weekly calorie deficit of 1,750. That’s half a pound loss a week!

 

The Body Coach

Now there’s just something so mesmerizing about those curls that seem to keep me watching! This one from The Body Coach is great if you don’t quite have a full hour or 30 minutes to spare but want to do a quick 20 minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workout. Don’t forget a towel and your water, you’re going to need it!

So this one takes just 10 minutes which means absolutely no excuses! Summer is around the corner and if you’re looking to give those abs a workout then try this. It’s for beginners so anyone can do it, but if you feel you want to step it up a notch then check out the next one.

 

7 Minutes Dumbbell Ab Shredder

Don’t have a dumbbell? No problem, with this one you can fill up a bottle of water and use instead. I even started using furniture around my house! This workout may leave you feeling sore the next day so avoid being around your bestie who is guaranteed to make you laugh… ouch!

 

10 Minute Booty Workout

Okay, so I saved the best til’ last! I love nothing more than a good booty workout, especially when it can be done in the comfort of my own home. Put those buns to the test with this workout and if you want to make it a little harder then invest in a resistance band for a real burn!
