Need to get away from it all? Desperate for a date night with your boo? Drinks with your best ones? This cosy boutique hotel offers the perfect base to stay. Placed in the heart of Manchester’s buzzing Northern Quarter, The Cow Hollow Hotel is your one stop shop for a lil’ slice of luxury, an amazing cocktail, and a warm, fuzzy atmosphere.

Inside The Cow Hollow Hotel

From the comfiest night’s sleep to the historic interior, this tiny hotel would almost go unnoticed from the outside. But inside tells a whole different story. Formerly a textile warehouse, The Cow Hollow offers its guests a sumptuous experience at an affordable rate. And we’re in love.

PLT rating – 5 STAR

LOCATION

The Northern Quarter is one of the best areas in Manchester to go to for food, drink and a good night out. The Cow Hollow is a stone’s throw away from trendy boho markets, independent record shops, lively bars and venues and award winning restaurants. From boozy bottomless brunches to tasty vegan dishes, the NQ has it all. The Cow Hollow is the perfect place to rest after you’ve chowed down some of the best food Manchester has to offer.

ROOM

The Cow Hollow’s rooms boast a contemporary industrial inspired decor. If you stay in the Afra suite, you’ll notice the bathroom is an old converted lift shaft (seriously chic!). With a sensory illuminated vanity mirror, REN toiletries and fresh fluffy towels, it’s everything a gal needs.

SERVICE

Service at The Cow Hollow is second to none. Staff are super friendly and there’s even a Whatsapp number you can text if you want any drinks or snacks brought to your room. Head to the bar and staff will help you choose the perfect cocktail.

LITTLE EXTRAS

The Cow Hollow’s little extra touches are what makes your stay even more memorable. Between 4-6pm you’re offered a complementary glass of Presecco (and it’s good Presecco) along with a tray of nuts, olives and sundried tomatoes. In the evening, guests are offered milk and cookies as a bed time snack, which is the perfect end to an evening spent exploring the Northern Quarter. There’s Netflix in every room too, so take your snacks to your room and get ready to wind down with your fave film or TV series.

PERFECT FOR

We think this cosy boutique hotel is perfect for solo travelers, couples or small groups of friends. Rooms start from £95 p/night, breakfast is included and there’s free WiFi, so we think it’s great value for money.
