Whether you manifest on the regular or are completely new to the idea, manifestation is mainly about mindset.

“You’re whole life is a manifestation of the thoughts that go on in your head”.

Essentially manifesting is willing your goals into existence and believing in yourself.

There’s a whole range of ways to manifest, meaning one method might feel more natural and easier for you to adapt to.

Create A Vision Board

Vision boards are a great way of putting all your ideas and goals in one place.

Check out our previous post here for tips on creating a vision board.

369 Manifestation

Ok, if you’re a TikTok lover then you’ll of for sure spotted this method when scrolling.

First thing in the morning when your alarm goes off, write down what you’re trying to manifest three times.

Then in the afternoon, repeat it six times.

Finally before bed, write it nine times.

The repeated intention will start to root within you and over time you’ll start to embody what you’re writing.

Start Journaling

Similar to the above, journaling will allow you to speak your affirmations into existence.

Not only is journaling a safe space to record your thoughts, worries and goals without judgement but something to look back on and reflect how far you’ve come.

Whether you want just jot things down in a notebook or buy something specific, it’s completely up to you.

Gratitude journals are a great way of keeping positive and a great reminder of things you’re thankful for whilst ‘one line a day’ style diaries are a long-term way of reflecting.

Say Positive Affirmations

Saying positive, uplifting quotes is a great way to train your mind when it comes to positive thinking.

Not only will repeating feel-good quotes boost your confidence but will help with self-criticism and banish negative thoughts.

Instead of thinking why, think why not – why wouldn’t you get your dream job? Why shouldn’t you get the high grades you’re aiming for.

Work hard and know that it’s more than possible.

Here are three easy chants you can repeat on the regular:

I’ve got this.

I’m worthy of my dreams.

I can and I will.

Your mindset determines how you see the world so make it a nice place to be. Keep a clear vision and manifest what it is you’re dreaming of this month.

If you’re not so keen on the phrase manifestation, just think of it as as self development – a way to work towards what you want and having confidence that you can achieve whatever you put your mind to.
